Only way to get line item veto is to ammend the constitution. Filibuster not really much of a problem because these cretins have no stamina. Having contempt for it not enough.
The right and proper course of action was VETO.
That makes sense, but letting these cunts go home for Easter doesn't. Veto was the proper course. With that gone I am afraid the midterms are toast, and then we know what happens from there.
