Wise words, Anon.
Work within the law or the law is forever debased.
Now get writing to your Senators and Congressmen, Anons. Use the power that you have. That is what the Great Awakening is all about.
The biggest difference between prior generations and today's is that we write letters to, or visit, our MPs and Councillors and those in authority (yes, I'm from the UK). I've done it many times and always with success. But trying to get my adult children to engage with our governors is another matter - on the whole they just can't be bothered. They just take whatever is handed out and moan like victims instead of doing something about it. On the rare occasion when I have encouraged one of my adult children to log a complaint with an Ombudsman, he was totally successful. But it took a lot of encouragement (nagging) on my part. To be frank, I think it's a form of laziness. They'd rather be glued to their phones and live life vicariously not in reality.
