At the very end of the WH live stream (53 minutes in) https:// www.youtube.com/watch?v=hiBXRZtkyRg I swear the reporter asks if hes gonna sign it and he says something I can't quite make out about 20 minutes after someone looks at it? So did he actually sign it??
