The RedGuards seems pretty ominous! The support for their "Comrade" in RedGuards Austin who they call "Dallas", a code name for who they claim to be a powerful political prisoner, I found to be a community organizer in their Marxist/Leninist/Maoist party named Jarred Roark, a repeat offender & convicted felon! Hope that helps although it's unclear what the intentions of RedGuards Los Angeles or RedGuards Charlotte, etc. may be!
