Most likely jet contrails from an airliner and they were high enough to be lit by the rising sun. I've seen it before several times. Can be confusing the first time you see it.
It's called 'fuzzing'. Their ADSB signal is being deliberately altered and/ or some kind of interference. Typical of military aircraft. This is known to planefags. We see it all the time.
