I've been diving down a rabbit hole, and the tunnel branches off to the Atlantic Philanthropies. Looks interesting, but I want to concentrate on my main dig.

Atlantic Philanthropies - Cecilia Munoz is on the board. She's with the Open Society Institute, was with La Raza, and served in the WH for 5 years in the Domestic Policy Council.

What's really interesting is that the Atlantic Philanthropies is shutting down in 2020, disbursing all its assets - maybe liquidating, laundering into stacks of $100 bills, gold? Who knows why they're shutting down.
