Holy Shit Anons Google/Alphabet (through its CapitalG LP partners) is playing games with Crowdstrike, the last month or more, converting Class B shares to Class A and selling for millions. Also included are the transaction footnotes that try to obfuscate the fuckery.

CaptalG LP was evidently created in June 2019 with the intent of bleeding shares/money out of Crowdstrike. Since an initial purchase of 140,0000 shares for $4.7 Million they have taken about $50 million out.

Basically by the end of day, Google does not appear to own any Crowdstrike.
