Everyone running around with their hair on fire needs to remember one thing. This vote is for APPROPRIATIONS. That means the money is available. But Trump is in charge of spending it. Just because it is there doesn't mean he has to spend it. He could spend all the military appropriations and send nothing to Planned Parenthood. Let's wait and see what he does.
