Has it been confirmed that it was a 'US Military' strike that killed this towl-head - or is there a possibility of 3rd party and we're taking the blame?

think I'll be diggin in - as much as I'm able anyway. between the NYT attempted warning and the writing on the wall of the Embassy naming the raghead as their leader, there's just too many anomalies here for my taste.
