Why did DJT list all those military projects and how much spending on each item? Immediately thought, Congress has no idea how much a plane or ship costs to build. what if the left over $$ from his deal making goes into the wall, or ice, etc. just lurking, forgive me for hoping he’s that far ahead in the plan
