My interpretation:

The white hats are expecting things to heat up very soon. They do the tweetstorm to boost morale and try to get the word out before things get worse. Clowns try to false flag the country either to stop what's coming to Iran, or as a demonstration of the terror they'll unleash if Iran isn't left alone. US embassy attacked. President Trump responds to all of the above by ordering an assassination.

It all makes sense in hindsight.
