imo the people of Iran have been patiently waiting for a moment to have a successful populist uprising. The ayatollah doesn't have as much support domestically as they claim. Will we see that begin now? It's a much better path forward than US troops in Iran. I think POTUS is much too smart to send troops in on foot when the locals are ready to overthrow their gov already. Just let it happen.
