GREAT! Since it's Congress' job to declare WAR, it will be on their heads. But, since they've abdicated that by issuing AUMFs, POTUS took advantage of that by ) declaring Soleimani a terrorist, 2) ordering a strike and killing a designated terrorist.

Winning.

Still not tired of winning!

>how unusual that a war against Iran would be fought in Iraq.

It isn't a "war against Iran" it's a war against the clowns running Iran. We cannot attack within Iran without it being an actual act of War.

General Soleimani was designated a terrorist. The General was in Iraq contrary to a UN SC resolution (violating int'l law).

General Soleimani did not have permission to be in Iraq from the Iraqi government.

He was there to quash the protests who were demanding that he leave Iraq, and plan a terrorist attack against US facilities/personnel.

What POTUS did was perfectly legal, under the AUMF for terrorism by Congress, and what we did was not an act of war on Iran.
