Hey Anons, I think the bill is being read wrong. There are more than 1 OIG's. So adding up the monies allocated does not work. The BOOMS are not BOOMS I am afraid.
Case in point is the $39 M on page 546; it is for the OIG of the FDIC. Screen grab related.
