He did say something. He said he was NOT going to sign a bill like this again; being over 2K pages w/just hours to read through it, no DACA fix, no border wall funding in full, etc. It sounded like a warning to the idiots, R & D, that they had this one chance. Now, he'll get line item veto & eliminate the filibuster. Watch how fast things start happening after that.
