That's not entirely true, "satan" is an idea. Many spirits exist that claim to be satan. They do this to insight fear in the hearer. They are not "satan" though. But they are conscious beings working for the darkness.

I don't do deals with these beings. And even if i did they'd only "pay you a visit" if it served their purposes. And chances are you wouldn't consciously recognize it as a visit
We are on track. They are literally running out of ammunition. The more desperate they get, the more they'll use up their most powerful weapons. The deal with Iraq and Iran is a very very significant step. They are loosing control and we're watching it in real time.
