in dem controlled states, yes. in repub controlled states, they want them for the funds they get to take care of them. contractors who assist refugees are guaranteed significant profits. gov. abbott hasn't decided yet and has until january 21. i hope he tells them to go to hell, given that texas has a multi-billion dollar surplus and absolutely does not need the money OR the hassle and stink of refugees but we will see.

we have hardwood in most spaces. tile in wet rooms and carpet in spare bedrooms. i'd never had hardwood growing up but love it now. i used to fret over every scratch but they just give it character.
