I have seen it dug on in 2 different possible meanings. Both awful. One is adrenochrome. The other is sexual lubricant for raping. Third is people of color to collect as a 3rd worlder is more able to be trafficked.
The last one i added in because technically its another one. A fourth one is semen nut sauce being ejaculate lol.
