Based on the interview there are a few "suspicious" reasons.. (intentional)
However, of these 54 people it seems like there was also those with NO malicious intent…
They were simply young kids lighting open fires and they accidently got out of control.
He (Police Officer Giving Interview) also said there is no difference of intentional of unintentional at "this stage." Which to me, is infuriating.
This is why I NEVER wish harm on others without knowing the FULL story.
