I went through some of the FOIA docs 698-800 so far and the picture being painted is that the state department was exporting arms/arms hardware to Iraq, Afghanistan, and Thailand prior to the Quds proxy attacks in those countries (based on the email dates.) I will keep digging but that is my first glance take on this. Is that what you were referring to anon?

also looks like the state department had a contract with the UK-based Blue Mountain Group for guard security forces in Benghazi from March 2012 to February 2013 which means the contract was in place when the attack occurred. were they contracted to protect the embassy there? it's just an invoice for their hours. still digging…
