What swamp(s)? India jumps out at me for many reasons. Does the spread of malaria coincide with spread of AIDS?

I think mosquito. Spreading AIDS? Also Red Cross.

India is third regarding spread of AIDS. Floods two years ago increased malaria epidemic as well.
