Man in funny hat is Guy de Rothschild and he's long since dead. His son David Rene de Rothschild heads the French branch of the family. David Rene is shown in your other pic.

Guy rode out WWII in NYC. His son David Rene de Rothschild is chairman of the Jewish World Congress and bears an uncanny resemblance to the late David Koch. The two davids were about the same age.

The Koch family fortune seemed to really take off after WWII. Same types of oil services businesses as the French Rothschilds specialized in before the Nazis appropriated it all.

Until his recent passing, David Koch lived in the same building in NYC as Ronald Lauder.

There is this whole 5-Star Trust 'conspiracy theory' out there and it implies there are vast offshore funds available for CIA or perhaps rogue CIA use. Amounts that would now total in the trillions potentially.

These docs suggest Guy and later David was/is the ultimate head of the Rothschild family internationally and that Guy at least was tied up with the CIA and vast money laundering that supported its operations.

Very peculiar because Guy was not known to be a US citizen.

I give these docs very low credibility since they are not corroborated but feel free to research and make up your own mind. They are only noteworthy in that they parallel some Q themes about the CIA and are broadly available online.

Time will tell I suppose.
