I said last night that why couldn't the military build the wall in the name of national defense.
just saw a twitter post showing the meaning of red castle to mean army corp of engineers. Army COE already manages major infrasture in the US (think dams). Why couldn't they manage a wall?
The military was just given their largest $$$ increase ever. Does the military really need that much money, as our deployments at starting to wind down?
