I have a new theory on Q latest crumb based on this anon's interpretation of The_Castle_Runs_RED.

He believed that Q was saying individuals were being charged with mutiny/sedition for disobeying an executive order that forbids federal agencies from withholding documents from investigators. He believed the Castle represented the white house (as this is what the secret service call it) and that Red_Castle meant POTUS was pissed off.

Now what if some agencies were so corrupt, using court-martial on individuals wasn't enough to make them produce evidence? Many possibilities here, FBI, DOJ, State department, CIA, SES, and many more.

Here's where the omnibus bill comes in. Page 595 "No funds in this act shall be used to deny an inspector general funded under this act timely access to any records, documents, or other materials to the department or agency over which the IG has responsibilities, or to prevent access to hidden records." Now if an agency tries to deny Horowitz evidence, then they will be defunded, and its bye bye corrupt FBI.

This would explain the rumors we've heard of a delay in the release of the OIG report.

Also just want to add the omnibus bill probably gives Horowitz the power to obtain the HRC 5:5 video. New York or whoever was holding onto it probably refused to give it over.
