One thing to note is that Trump is in charge of the Executive Branch, so that part of this budget is somewhat discretionary. This Admin has been returning unspent funds to Treasury here and there.

To some extent, and this Admin has returned some funds to Treasury. Personally, I think it's just an excuse for Trump to go over there and see Mnuchin's hot wife signing the money.

I agree that this is a personal attack more than political and it's disgraceful. That said, it's dubious that Trump's lawyers made hush money payoffs during the campaign. I view that as a political problem much more than the sexual aspects.

Not a good argument. Cohen is Trump's lawyer and Cohen presumably had nothing to pay them for. Trump is the real party in interest. Any other explanation doesnt pass the straight face test.

I'm not big into rules or governance, but I'll suggest than no anon reply to any namefags whatsoever. I feel namefagging ruins the nature of the board.
