Checked the website and looked at Dept. of Energy FA requests and outlays and saw $1 million for Ukraine which led to Pacific Northwest National Laboratory and AI programming using Twitter as the platform. Unsure how Ukraine fits into this much less Twitter. DOE primary responsibility is non nuclear proliferation.
As an aside, Q was right: looking at the $$ sent around the world from all Fed agencies is Astounding.
