The Brazilian currency is the REAL.

Q has used currency names before most notably in the Bangladeshi bomber case.

Which brings two possible interpretations to mind:

1) The country - it was always curious to me the funding of Petrobras by the US. Certainly smells like a kickback scheme.

2) Donna Brazil - would be likely to know where bodies are buried.
