Simple solution. Instead of telling other people what they should or should not post, each anon simply decides what to ignore or filter. Filter function is available. There are also javascripts used by many oldfags that provide a method to block undesirable images so once blocked they don't show up in future breads. Or you can use your adblocker to designate images for permanent blocking.
You CANNOT dictate what is acceptable or unacceptable. We have learned that does not work. If something 'offends' you and you mention it, then it will be posted moar by shills, simply BECAUSE it offends you.
This is a totally different approach that one simply has to learn.
