Q hinted that Hillary's trip was allowed because it was whitelisted. Seems like a strange trip to whitelist, given that treaty. Japan may be another place that doesn't extradite. It didn't extradite Bobby Fischer when he was wanted for the awful offense of playing a chess match in Yugoslavia.
Multi-family rental housing isn't so bad if it's an entirely subsidized building. We used to call those "projects".
What's bad is Section 8, which spreads the problem out. Section 8 has to go, because the same people with the vouchers have been using them for decades and nobody new can get in, and so people are desperate and homeless. We should throw out the long time beneficiaries – out on the street if they have nowhere else to go – and start helping some new people, current homeless, etc.
Anyone can keep a Section 8 voucher for decades if they continue to "need" it, by my understanding.
I agree that vouchers are not given to new people. But maybe they should, and maybe they should be taken from existing people so we can give more to new people.
