I read my section pgs 50 -100. The section I was assigned was pretty uneventful for our research needs. It dealt with Rural Energy For America Program, Distance Learning, Telemedicine and Broadband Pricipal Amount Broadband Telecommunications Loans, Domestic Food Programs, etc. I started taking copious notes and then thought my fellow anons would read and accuse me of shilling!

A few things I did note that were interesting were as follows:

Under Special Spplemental Nutrition Program For Women, Infants and Children (WIC). $60,000,000 shall be used for breast feeding peer counselors and other related activities. . . (whatever that means. I figure relevant due to being tits or maybe not.)

Pg. 81 - Department of Agriculture

SEC. 714. (a) None of the funds made available in this Act may be used to maintain or establish a computer network unless such network blocks the viewing, downloading and exchanging of pornography.

(b)Nothing in subsection (a) shall limit the use of funds necessary for any Federal, State, tribal, or local law enforcement agency or any other entity carrying out criminal investigations, prosecution, or adjudication activities.

Pg. 87 Sec. 720. Unless otherwise authorized by existing law, none of the funds provided in this Act, may be used by an executive branch agency to produce any prepackaged news story intended for broadcast or distribution in the United States unless the story includes a clear notification within the text or audio of the prepackaged news story that the prepackaged news story was prepared or funded by that execute branch agency.
