It's impossible to prove because of PP's accounting practices. There's no line item for abortions. It's a "medical service." But so is a free condom. Woman comes in, gets an STD panel, free condoms, birth control, and abortion, guess what those are all classified as? Medical services. PP would say that 25% of all of its activities are abortions in that case but its revenue? Way outta whack compared to the breakdown of services rendered.
He can't do anything about it. Nor can anyone but Congress. Look at ATF rule making. They can't classify it as a machinegun or anything that creates a machinegun because it does not mechanically alter the firearm's trigger. It would take Congress to redefine "machinegun." ATF will say it has no authority to regulate them.
