which pdf should I be reading?

I read the first 129 pages of RCP115-66.pdf only to find that we're now reading 115hr1625eah.pdf the first section of which is only 123 pages (meaning 6 pages have been cut)

My takeaways from the first section were no chinese chicken, no loans for illegals, only US steel products and a few other things like no state money for cannabis growers but if the correct bill is the one in the OP I guess I should start again?
