Look. He has some of the best crypto people. They can figure out exactly how much computer time it would take to break a certain strength password that is hashed with a specific algorithm. They can figure out who has that much computer time. Then based on both, they can decide how often to change the password so that even if somebody is trying to brute-force it, they will not have enough time to succeed.
