So…Pg u7 Sec. 720. Is talking about Executive branch agency's. As far as I know the only Executive Branch Agency's that I can name off the top of my head are:

Pentagon
-
State Department
-
Department of Defense (which includes all of the military).

Ambassadors
Which mean's these agency's must be up front with any news story they want to publish for the public to see.
However: It would appear any other Agency who wants to leak an attack story on the President (C_A, F_I as two examples) can do so, with funds allotted to them, and don't have to let it out that they were the source? In a nutshell…The 3 ltr's agency's can continue to plant false propaganda story's to mislead the public and our tax dollars are paying for them to mislead us? (C_A creates false Russian DNC hack story with NYT… to name one)
