It floated the idea after realizing that creating a world wide war was possible. It then planned the 2nd World War to give a sympathetic and just reason for the country to be formed. Millions of Jews and other citizens were sacrificed for this cause. The Zionist leaders are not real Jews, they only pretend to be. It was a powerful whim and challenge amongst themselves to create it, and it has served as the 4th point of the Cabal triangle. The Vatican holds religious control, the city of London holds financial control, Washington DC is the military control, and Israel has turned into the planning, propaganda and strategic control.

The hide behind the persecuted Jewish faith for protection. Antisemitism is the shield and it gained strength from their own murderous deeds. They used biblical history to choose the Jews, as there is a natural division factor between Moses' story in the old testament and Jesus's story in the New testament. That's why I find 9/11 conspiracies odd, when people ask what happened to passengers of a plane that might have been switched for a missile at the Pentagon.
