Saker is an ethnic Russian former intel guy working in Eastern Europe (Serbia? IIRC) who flipped against US intel after getting to know how they operate. He is a big fan of Nasrallah, I think, and has written commentary on his speeches.
Saker lives in the US now, not currently in Eastern Europe, I believe. He was by far the most knowledgeable blogger on the Russia/Ukraine war. Anyway, his analysis is very interesting but his bias is strongly pro Russia and Russian allies.
