Not only were members of Obama’s campaign team (David Axelrod, Jennifer O’Malley Dillion) also involved and running Trudeau’s campaigns since 2012, but the data-driven, grass-roots, tech-savvy campaign run by O’Malley Dillion’s company, Precision, was essentially the same as what Cambridge Analytica was accused of. It is worth noting that Christopher Wylie, Cambridge Analytica whistleblower also worked for Trudeau’s Liberals.
