Al Fayad and George de Mohrenschidst were business partners in Haiti during the rule of mega dictator "Papa Doc Duvalier"

Al Fayad was courting the daughter of the dictator; he was made for the administration of Haiti's ports and was Haiti's official shipping agent.

Prior he was married to Samurai Khashoggi sister of arms dealer Adan Khashoggi.

Al Fayad is also a member of La Cercle which stimulates "regime" change.
