IMO the image is real, but that's not Hussein. Check your age estimate of the kid in that pic, and then find a pic of Hussein at that same age. Zero was pudgy as a kid.
Pretty sure that doesn't work, but you see what I'm talking about. His skin just seems alot lighter. His lips are darker than his skin.
