A 6.4-magnitude earthquake struck Puerto Rico before dawn on Tuesday, killing at least one person in the largest in a series of quakes and causing an island-wide power outage as well as heavy damage in some areas. Authorities say there have been twenty aftershocks since the earthquake hit at 4:24 am.
