I think I figured it out.
Pelsoi gave herself away she knew about the attack in Iraq on our Embassy. She held back the two articles of impeachment and waited for the attack assuming Trump would go to war with Iran or do some kind of attack IN Iran.
Remember last June "Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) on Friday emphasized that U.S. military action against Iran "must not be initiated" without congressional approval, after President Trump approved and then reversed a decision to strike Iran over the downing of a U.S. drone this week"

She knew there was a good chance Trump was going to do something and was ready with a new article of impeachment in her purse waiting to be voted on. Since Trump did everything legal all she could do was complain to the media that she was not told and by law he has to go through them.
