The Product Serial Number on the Yahoo linked document has been redacted.
Meaning it is virtually impossible to verify its authenticity.
And if the document was forged, you certainly would want that number to be made public. Yahoo has been less than transparent about how they obtained the FBI Intelligence bulletin. Until they provide an independently verifiable source, it's authenticity remains in doubt and the hundreds of news reports that have been based on it should be questioned.
If a person wanted to create a forged FBI document, they could do so knowing the Bureau will neither confirm nor deny its authenticity.
