Lets not forget all the CEMEX and human trafficking digs from a while back. Is Biden asking for victims to be picked up in Puerto Rico? Clinton did this in Haiti successfully. I believe Biden is asking for more trafficking victims for whatever ends they need from Puerto Rico, I wonder if the Earthquakes there are being triggered to create chaos in order to more easily scoop up potential victims.
