Take a date, look at the Weekday of that date.
Now go 2 years back and look at the same date:
You'll see that it is two weekdays back.
A Monday in 2017 was a Wednesday in 2019.
Two days ahead of schedule means:
Look back at posts from two years ago.
One day ahead of schedule would mean to go back one year ago.
