Ugly Betty creator Silvio Horta has died. He was 45. Horta's agent confirmed with ET that the writer and producer died in Miami, Florida, on Tuesday. He did not give a cause of death.

Camp Lejeune rifles remain missing; investigation ongoing

 

JACKSONVILLE, N.C. (Tribune News Service) — No charges have been filed as an investigation continues into the case of two rifles that went missing in a training area last month aboard Camp Lejeune.

 

The Naval Criminal Investigative Service initiated an investigation Dec. 18 after the two service rifles and a flak jacket were reported missing but said Monday the investigation is ongoing and they could not comment further.
