I think that at the end of this Israel will give up the myth that it is the Promised Land. The people will not leave, but it will become a normal multi-ethnic, multi-faith sovereign nation trading with its neighbors.

And the Jewish people will recognize that the USA is the real Promised Land, but not promised to Jews alone. New York will become the location for a new Temple, replacing Jerusalem, Israel, as the center of Judaism.

There will be an effort to scrub, or at least identify, the parts of the Torah, Bible, Talmud, Quran that have been corrupted by the Synagogue of Satan. We will even see the end of circumcision in Judaism and Islam.

But, unlike the NRO, there will still be many faiths. It's just that we will draw a distinction between a true RELIGIOUS faith and a superstition that cannot be supported by law or society. True RELIGION is that which relinks us to God. There is no room for hate in religion, thus anyone who preaches hate will lose all the legal protections that the state gives to a religion.

I'd really like to know if that is because the Omnibus bill is in a format that does not allow searching, or just an issue with some devices or PDF reader software.

If search is disabled, that is an issue that should be taken up with Congress and the Senate. They should NEVER issue an unsearchable document nowadays. Old facsimile documents are understandable but nowadays everything is typed into a computer and the docs should be SEARCHABLE.

And budgets should be approvable by line item.

And the fillibuster rule yadda yadda.

And there should be a maximum length for any bill.

And legislators should be expected to READ THE BILLS.
