OFFICE OF INSPECTOR GENERAL SALARIES AND EXPENSES- $92,152,000, Any unmanned aircraft system purchased or pro-10 cured by the Department prior to the enactment of this Act shall be deemed authorized, applicable appropriations shall be available for the purchase, maintenance, operation, and deployment of unmanned aircraft systems that 7 advance the Department’s, or its operating administrations’, missions.

None of the funds in this Act shall be available for salaries and expenses of more than 110 political and Presidential appointees in the Department of Transportation. None of the funds provided in this Act to the Department of Transportation may be used to make a loan, loan guarantee, line of credit, or discretionary grant.
