According to Qassem, the cause of the plane crash was because "fire struck one of the plane's engines…"

 

Don't you just hate it when fire strikes the plane you are on?

So, what kind of fire struck one of the plane's engines? Was it a fireball from space, or a fireball from a surface-to-air missile, or…?

 

You gotta be careful when flying so you don't run into fire striking one of your engines.
