I saw that last night and thought the same thing.
Iran was in a state of panic and maybe started firing on what they thought was an incoming missile or maybe they we're firing at the plane with more shoulder launched Javelin type rockets to make sure it came down.
Hard to say. Chaos was underway in Iran.
I don't believe they even have control of their own country at this point.
This might crumble all around the Ayatollah and his power structure.
The reverberations are still underway.
My guess is that they wanted their most important physicists, scientists etc out of harms way but it clearly didn't work out.
But what if someone not friendly to Iran or Iraq knew who was on the plane and they took it out?
Seems possible.
There's clearly more to this than meets the eye.
I don't hear a whole lot from Canada right now about lots of their "citizens" being killed by Iranian missiles.
Seems a bit odd.
But then again so is Justin.
