I think it got shot down. Mistaken or on purpose, unknown.

Last night; after attack on the empty base:

There were reports of Iran launching fighters.

Then there were reports of a downed US fighter.

Then reports a Ukraine Airlines Crashed on takeoff.

Then video of plane on fire and crash landing.

Then photos of crash site.

Both of the fighter related reports came from Iran State TV, and everyone with grey matter knows they are fake news. so i think they were covering for something.
